As a dual board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner, I treat mental health conditions such as Depression, Bipolar Disorder, OCD, Anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, and chronic mental health complaints such as insomnia, and chronic stress. I diagnose and treat ADHD/ADD in patients using a variety of Neuropsychiatric assessment tools for evidence based diagnosis. This minimizes over-diagnosis and the over-prescribing of psychopharmacological medications.

Our clinic provides a comfortable and compassionate comprehensive psychiatric assessment. We offer medication management (where appropriate), and psychotherapeutic interventions for clients of all ages. I specialize in evidence-based Integrative Psychiatry in combination with Wellness Medicine. In addition to traditional psychiatric medication protocols, I specialize in deprescribing medication (getting patients off medication) when patients may not want to rely solely on prescription therapy. We can offer education on diet, lifestyle, hormones, gut-brain health and natural supplementation that may help to relieve mental health symptoms.

Aside from treating most mental health care diseases, I am dual board certified as a Family Nurse practitioner with specialized training in Functional and Integrative Medicine.  A client can expect their initial visit to include a comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis and  treatment plan. The  goals for care will be presented with options for a traditional protocol or for an integrative plan of care. Each patient will be fully educated about their diagnosis and available treatment options.  We also offer neuropsychiatric testing based on symptoms of conditions such as ADHD. We utilize the most up-to-date evaluation tools in order to ensure proper diagnosis.
