Better Results With Revitalize IMH
Revitalize Mental Health & Integrative Medicine approaches mental wellness from an integrative perspective.
We don’t believe that psychopharmacological medications (prescriptions) are the only solution in achieving mental well-being. However, we believe that in many cases they are a valuable tool in our patients healing process. We believe in a well-rounded approach that offers our patients the opportunity to incorporate research based alternative therapies, such as supplements, IV infusion therapy, hormones, etc. alongside prescription medication on an as-needed basis.
Integrative mental health is a holistic approach to treatment that considers every aspect of a person—mind, body, and spirit. Unlike traditional psychiatry, our practice goes beyond just medication management. We treat patients as individuals, employing a whole-body approach to wellness that incorporates nutrition, exercise, hormones, genetics, environmental stressors, & when appropriate, prescription medication. Our team considers biological, physiological, lifestyle, and mind-body interventions tailored to facilitate comprehensive healing.
Root Cause Medical Approach
With any disease there is always a root cause. The root cause may be a deficit in the genetic profile, a nutrient deficit/excess, a body system that isn’t functioning in harmony with the rest of the body (the gut, immune system, etc.) or an environmental insult such as black mold.
Our treatment approach is always personalized, and if necessary, can include traditional pharmaceuticals along with supplements, IV infusion therapy, nutritional coaching, and more. We will identify the root cause through methods of evidence based testing:
The interventions are personalized and can combine both a western and eastern medicine approach to healing. Conditions that can be addressed as root causes of, or in addition to mental healthcare symptoms include, but are not limited to:
Insomnia
Menopause
Hormone imbalances
Low testosterone
Weight gain
Auto-immune disease
Thyroid disease
PCOS
Mold toxicity
Genetic defect related to Methylation.
